Christmas Craft #1: Vintage Wooden Ornament Wreaths

Happy Monday, everyone!
I'm so glad it's finally December. I love decorating for Christmas and will have lots of seasonal projects to share this month. Today, my first Christmas craft of the season!
During the summer, I found several bags of vintage wooden Christmas ornaments at a thrift store for $1. I'm probably the only person who thinks about the holidays in August, so I couldn't leave the store without them. What did the ornaments become? A trio of fun, cheery wreaths!

To begin, I purchased the following supplies for my vintage wooden ornament wreaths:
(wire wreath form in 3 sizes, ribbon, E6000 glue, stapler with standard staples, ornaments)
Want to know how I made the wreaths?

Step #1
I started by wrapping ribbon around each of the wire wreath forms. I selected wire forms in 3 graduated sizes because I like the look of a trio wreaths hung vertically small-to-large.
This trio of wreaths were 6", 12" and 18" in diameter.
 Step #2:
Then, I secured the ends of the ribbon with the stapler. I didn't bother worrying about the staples showing--they'd be covered by wooden ornaments soon enough!
Step #3
Once the wreath form was covered in ribbon, I gathered the vintage wooden ornaments and started placing them around the wreath to figure where I wanted each to go. When the placement looked good, I cut the string on each ornament and used the E6000 glue to attach each directly on the ribbon-covered wreath form.
Step #4:
I continued to fill in the wreath form with ornaments until it was fully covered. I allowed plenty of time for the glue to dry and, while I waited, I repeated the process for the next 2 wreaths.
After enough drying time, the trio of vintage wooden ornament wreaths were ready to hang!

I'm happy to offer these ornaments another lease on life in this whimsical trio wreaths that we will enjoy all season long, year after year.
