A funny thing happened to me on Sunday.
I've been expecting an item that I ordered from The Foundary for awhile, but haven't been home to its accept delivery. While trying to request it be held at a nearby Fedex location, I was told by the anonymous operator that my package could not be delivered to the Fedex pick-up location because it contained...ready for this?
...Hazardous materials.
What, you ask, did I buy?
Guns?
A car battery?
Opium?
Aerosol cans?
No, this:
(via Dash and Albert)
Looks pretty dangerous, huh?
Fedex, I'm convinced you are dumb, as is the person who mis-labeled the rug while prepping it for shipment.
I want my rug, people!
I want my rug, people!
Ha! Red alert, someone ordered another Dash & Alert rug. Scary for sure. I hope your treasure comes soon.
ReplyDeleteI have been through it and back with Fedex- how dreadful!
ReplyDeleteThat is so frustrating! I hope you get it soon!
ReplyDeleteOh, how funny!! I'm sure that is so annoying...hope you get it soon!
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting for some art prints, so I feel your pain. Dealing with those companies is the worst!
ReplyDeleteHow annoying! (And a little funny to look back on once you have your rug! Hazardous materials? Really?) I always have trouble with getting shipments but it is UPS that always gives me grief. Hope your package arrives soon!
ReplyDeleteMy brother-in-law works for Fed Ex, I'm sure he can clear this up. Ha. If only it were that simple. Craziness. Sorry for your troubles. And to think over such a cute rug!
